Synopsis: Raymond Hewitt is Licensed. A web series about a TV license detective, Raymond Hewitt, who goes door-to-door interrogating people to see whether or not they've paid for their TV license. In that process, Raymond meets all these weird, outrageous characters that make his job hard to do, but somehow, he manages to get the job done.
